it's broad daylight and he's right in front of a parking meter, the picture doesn't really prove anything.

Just go to Google Maps and click on Street View. They only have it for a few major cites right now though (New York, Miami, Denver, etc...)

Yeah, honestly...google maps and google earth are kinda freaky. Around my town I found some fucked up looking quarries where they've been doing construction at for years...from google earth they all look like little Area 51's.
