Because it's hillarious. I love the tendency in deathmetal to not take oneself so fucking seriously all the time. Nothing makes me cringe more than those self-righteous blackmetal types talking about Satan and how their music is really a funnel for pure evil into the world. The importancy of the lyrical content in deathmetal/grind is just a minor piece of the puzzle in my opinion. There's nothing shocking to write about anymore since everythings been written before. I just think there's still a bunch of people who like these kind of titles/lyrics, just for the fun of it. My suggestion if you are looking for brainfood is to read a good book ;)

Just because lots of themes have been overdone, doesn't mean that I enjoy seeing simple gore/ridiculous song titles. When I read lyrics I like them to make me think. "stabbed in the arse" sounds like it was created by an angry 10 year old.

Just like Gorgasm's new "Kunt Killer" many peopel think it's extremely juvenile.
It doesn't matter what I think though, I'm just some asshole on the internet.
