vending at the fest

I'm new to this Murderfest. I usually hit one fest each year and the last four years I flew east for the New England Metalfest. The lineup for the Murderfest is just too good this year to pass up so i'm gonna check it out this year. My question is regarding the vending. Since I only make it to one fest a year, I save up a shit load of money and go nuts in the vending area. So I am wondering what the vending area is like. Do labels set up tables etc.? Just wondering what I should expect.

As of now, Century Media and Deep Six Records are signed on to have a table. There are definately more to come. Last year, almost every major metal label had a table, and it shouldn't be different this year, we are just waiting for confirmations.

Besides the record labels there's also going to be Warlord Clothing and another shirt distro. Shaxul Records is signing on as well as a few more distros. Pretty much, our vending area will be a lot like the New England area, just not up that nasty staircase.

i hear ya. That walk up those stairs does suck, and it's the hottest area in the Palladium. Can't wait for this fest!

The vending area here will be in a separate room with it's own AC so you'll be able to look through things without being blasted by every single band. We'll have a schematic of the club uploaded soon.

Will there be any Murderfest merch for sale? i.e. shirts and whatnot with a Murderfest logo on them??

Yes, there will be. We're printing some t-shirts, silk screen posters and we'll possibly have some stickers.

I would expect Relapse to be there, half of the headliners are on their roster.

We're expecting them to get around to replying to us about having a table at the fest about a week before. I love the Relapse cats but the weed makes them lag. Haha.
