I have sold my Rocktron unit. It was lame, the effects were thin and useless. I bought another 2120, so I'm using both the 2120 and the Engl. I had to get the 2120 modified with a input on the back of the unit. I now have quite an array of tones to choose from. It rules. Why not have the best of both worlds, know what I mean?

I gotta get a better power conditioner though, well...a real one that is.

i'm not sure, how do i check?, i know it has had the firmware release V3.0.
as for power amp, i'm thinking of the Mesa 2:50, but i have to wait for the shop to import one in, this shit takes time when you live on an island :p

The LE has dual s-discs with either a purple, blue, chrome or gold face plate. Otherwise it just says on the front that it is a artist or studio preamp. Yeah that Mesa should be perfect to match the preamp. I kinda wish I had my old 2101 LE to mess around with. In my opinion, the best the effects were in any Digitech product.

ahh ok, in that case it's just the studio.
i don't have the power amp yet so at the moment ill just be running it through the effects loop of my line 6 hd 147 (blaahh)
the 2101 is gonna take me a while to get use to and figure out how to work it, find good tone etc.
