Dunno much about PC except that they were the band that headlined when we played at the Greyhound with Cleanoff last year... gotta say they're a bit of a strange choice for this bill... woulda preferred it was an actual grind/DM band, but what can ya do...

I'm intrigued... which best grind bands are those? I only know of One Step Beyond and Lapdancer (and possibly Captain Cleanoff, who I've heard about but I don't know much about...)
There are a few to many hardcore and metalcore bands here though. It's my least favourite style of metal (although there are a few good metalcore bands, most of them local).

I haven't heard of Drunkard, but we got a few good bands over here, mostly thrash and death metal bands. A few that spring to mind are Imminent Psychosis, Omnium, Closed Casket and Obsidian Aspect, plus the ones I mentioned earlier.

I hope TDEBN come down here sometime soon, hopefully during my break...

Nah, it's 13th of April... with Roskopp, SFHS + one more, possibly some obscure band from NZ that I've never heard of. And despite what Jay said while drunk as a skunk on Sunday night, I'm pretty sure they WON'T be playing with a drummer.


Oh and nice pics! Tuff-ness galore... Leo looks broodle... and that one of Metal Mick at the front of the stage during our set is goin straight to the pool room!

You should check out cleanoff next time they play , top sauce .

Los Diablos & Stargazer are pretty bloody good as well .

and about fuck...i'm dead, let me just say we wont be playing with a drummer on april 13th and as far as this drummer thing goes nothing is 100% definate yet. We will be playing a few show with a drummer down the track and we'll see how this goes, its something we've been wondering about for years and finally thought lets just fuggen try it out. When Jay annouced this at the corner hotel show on the weekend it was equally a surprise to Tom and myself as it was to the audience haha! and we got a MASSIVE amount of "booing" from the crowd which was really funny. BALL BAGS
