According to UL, they're playing a LA Metalfest. I assume it's this one.

Unfortunately it's another festival. The Los Angeles Murderfest Version 3.0 was announce for March 24th and 25th in June of 2006. In the later months of 2006 the organizers of the first California Metalfest, which was a month and a half after Version 2.0 started booking their second fest. I reminded them that the fest was slated for the 3rd weekend in March as they had there's planned for the 4th weekend in March. Unfortunately, though I am personal friends with the main guy, they decided to keep their fest as planned. The only thing that sucks is that the scene doesn't have a lot of money and people are either going to have to decide which fest to attend or sell off their first born. I would have loved to have Severed Savior and Decrepit Birth on the Murderfest but at this point, they're already doing this other fest, which has no further information available.

Lame, but it's not really all that far away and they still haven't announced any details, so their fest probably wont do very well.

Nevermind, I saw the bands they have this year. Shit is a joke. Worthless metalcore garbage. I hope that Ash dude gets hit by a fucking truck.

Testament, Sadus, Necrophagist... those are some killer bands though! I love Ash to death to honest but I wish he would have moved his fest so we could both co-exist without competition.

It's the same everytime though. They get a few good bands, and then load it up with whatever trendy metal/deathcore bands. It's good exposure for bands like Decrepit Birth and shit, but still...like I said in the DB forum, that's the epitome of what's gay about the "scene" right now.
