not really...

i think there's elements more of a Floridian inspiration there than a NYDM one... starts off with more of a Deicide/Malevolent Creation (Ten Commandments) vibe rather than the pretty much instantaneously recognisable Suffoblast(TM).

I thought upon first listen that CC was a little more on the Melodic side. Utilized odd chords that the rest of the album only hinted at.

I think all of your songs have a little bit of that eerie kind of fucked up despair kind of melody. Its just a Gorgasm signature really. My favorite part in the song Necrosodomy easily is the melodic part around the 1:20 mark. Its melodic, yet eerie at the same time. \m/
