i've got 4, 2, partial, and 2. The basement's nice enough to be finished, so that's gonna be the party room. And between my father in law and the baby, we've filled the bedrooms already. Now I need to go buy a good lawn tractor so I dont spend all weekend mowing an acre.

Bid low, but be prepared to come up quickly and know your limit, especially if the housing market in your area is like it is for psycho where people are snatching houses right out from under you.


*Edit: be sure to ask your realtor that. Sometimes I forget not everywhere is like it is here. Our market isn't as hot here. Some places it's smart to bid at the asking price or higher.

BUT, I did that once and got over-bid and lost it. Ususally it's good to bid low enough that you can raise your price a little, but not so low that the seller's insulted and wont work with you.

Brandon, my step son, was driving thru the Harbor Tunnel (I-895) and rear ended this van with Chinese people. They spoke very little English. He offered to exchange insurance information. He gave them his but they never gave him theirs. The car is drivable. It's just cosmetic damage. No cops were there for a police report. None the less, I have to call the insurance company.

We have to go tomorrow to pick the car back up because he doesn't want to drive it right now.

How's that for the day after a speeding ticket?
