I talked to my dad last night. I think I've mentioned before that he was called to preach recently. Well every year for the past 10 or so years, he and my mother have spent a couple weeks a summer somewhere foreign doing missionary work. Since he's been called to preach, he's been babbling about doing missions full time. I really just thought it was wishful thinking, and I was counting on my mother to hold him back as she doesn't want to leave.

Well, last night he told me that mom is coming around to at least doing a couple of years somewhere. And for the big bang, he said he was offered a job in Brazil. He said the finances would have to be worked out and that he's not sure he'll take it, but DAMN!!! That's fucking serious. It's fucking BRAZIL!

And my brother graduates in December and wants to go to graduate school next fall. He's considering WKU and UK, but 2 other schools he's seriously thinking of are in Chicago and Florida.

You know what that leaves me with? My husband. That's IT! I have no friends here. No one here is cool, and somehow I'm the weird one because of the music I listen to and I have my tongue pierced. So potentially within the next 18 months, I could practically be all alone. Who the hell is going to pick me up when I hit a deer? Who's going to tell me who to call when I need a plumber?

I'm so fucking pissed/depressed. They whined when I wanted to move to Cincy, so I didn't. And now everyone else thinks they can move off.

He designs store layouts. Basically anything using AutoCAD (like house designs, engineering stuff, etc) he can do.

I write grants so the PD has plenty of $$$. Or at least that's what my job description says I do. I'm actually a professional time waster.

Actually, I was just thinking this morning that I needed to take some pictures. I was standing outside on my deck, and the trees are all finally full and they're so green. It's really pretty there right now. I guess while I'm doing that, I'll take the inside too.

I think all the pictures of me that you've seen are in my living room. Except the boobies pic. That was the 3rd bedroom/office.
