i know there's a lot of sand in the vagina's about them but i think the very best headliner right now would still have to be TERRORIZER. i know it might very well be impossible forever but their the most classic, only thing left. you already had REPULSION and PUNGENT STENTCH and DEVOURMENT and GENERAL SURGERY. very rare bands in headline-esque positions. i know a few of those bands didn't exactly play dead last but they were headliners to me.

Despised Icon owns and they run circles around countless bands. Ooooh, they have breakdowns. So you countless death metal bands. DI is a metal band as far as I'm concerned and they have one of the best drummers in the genre. I get tired of the hatred tossed at this band because of the way they look. If they looked like say Cannibal Corpse and played the same music I'm willing to bet they wouldn't get half the hatred. I'm done ranting now. I love that band.

I don't know about you dudes, but I first heard Despised Icon after the "Consumed by your Poison" CD, if you know that one. It really isn't so bad, though obviously they've changed their sound quite a bit since then. I was too busy to watch them at MDF '05 and have never seen them live anywhere else, so I can't speak for the live show..that's all.

Thanks Ryan for the plug/dig... we will take it! Seriously though, it is great to have Nuclear Assault playing. We love grind too, and last year we really enjoyed CBT and Dead Infection especially, but so many of the bands start to sound the same over 3 days. Nice to see you adding something a bit different. And if you are going to add a different style of music, it is great to see it is a classic thrash band that was putting our music before many of these kids were born!
