We've pretty much covered everything about HORSE the band already in every way possible, which brought me to a very peculiar question: What equalizer setting is the best for listening to HORSE the band?! Like, Jesus Christ, there are so many. I mean the obvious one would be the Rock setting, which is just full bass and full treble. But I mean there are so many other choices. For instance, listening to HORSE with the DANCE equalizer setting, I mean, wow. It's like listening to an entirely new HORSE cd. Other interesting settings to try out include SKA, LARGE HALL, and SOFT ROCK.
There's no need to thank me for this discovery, I mean it's pretty obvious how important this is.

In your car, with the windows rolled down. Try listening to Handsome Shoved His Gloves, at the end of the song. Make sure you're pulled up real close to someone. :emot-danc

Okay; so this is what I'm finding out as I'm listening to them..
28k - Bad
56k - Better
Speech - No Difference
Swing - Interesting
Opera - You can REALLY hear Nathan
Reggae - Quieter
Oldies - Seems muffled
Blues - terrible
Classical - Bass and Drums are emphasized
New Age - Decent
Folk - Folk. Blah.
Acoustic - No Difference
Jazz - Guitar is louder, aswell as vocals
Country - Everything is quieter
Techno - More keys (obviously)
Dance - See techno + plus echo
Metal - Best
Grunge - Muffled
Rap - More keys/drums
Rock - Default
These are all the settings on my media player..

I have two JL 12s in my trunk and a kick ass JL audio amp with four high end boston acoustics in the front and rear and horse sounds pretty damn excellent through my ipod and my fully customizable navigation touch screen audio menu. I'm able to tweek little tiny details during tracks and I like to do that a lot. It's amazing how many new things you notice on a record when you isolate certain things about the audio. You hear new little chimes, keys, effects, whispers, etc.
rad shit, and yes I am an elitist douchebag.
