So ever since I started working my new job, I've been on the most fucked up schedule ever. It seems I need to be up about 20 or so hours (at least) before I get tired. Problem is, I then sleep for at least 12.
I've tried everything to get my schedule back in order. From just going to bed at like 1, to depriving myself of sleep (getting 3-4 hours a night to try to make myself more tired), and even the ambien isn't really working anymore.
I'm wondering if it is a dependancy on the ambien?
I'm trying to stop drinking coke, but that hasn't worked out too well.
I thought I was insomniac before... fuck me.
