I've had enough of reality TV. I don't know what it's like in the US, but shows like Big Brother are becoming such a fucking tumour on society.
I don't even watch fucking TV, but I’m forced to read about the fucking stuff everywhere, and occasionally I get sucked in through momentary lapses of concentration I find myself starting at images of twenty-something nobodies arguing over the task in which they have to be cheerleaders. I see no merit in anyone on these shows existence but for their miniscule entertainment value.

I suspect that of all my judgements on the matter I will flick onto Big Brother one day to hear one of the contestants, whispering softly: "and that... is the meaning of life", followed by a cut to the host who exclaims, excitedly "That’s it, that’s all we needed to know; this is what we have been waiting for" followed by nothing but the sound of nothing: For evermore.

...and I will have missed it.

the only reality TV i watch is ultimate fighter and NFL football and NHL hockey. sometimes i'll watch the occasional red sox game.

sportscenter consumes any time that I spend in front of a TV. Sports center and then if i'm still up, Mike & Mike on ESPN2

HAHAHA yeah dude, like in the last red sox/yankees series i watched SC over and over and the first time, i was like FUCK YEAH THE SOX WON! then the second time i was like FUCK YEAH THE SOX WON! but then i was like, wait a minute.....deja vu.....

haha. the best was during the NBA playoffs.. and they had the Not Top 10... and you'd see some dumbass make a terrible decision and you'd be like "oh man what a dumbass", and then the next time you'll be like "oh man what a dumbass... wait a second.... CRAP!"

TV is fucking amazing...our culture is shat out that precious box...and there is some good watchin's. I'm not a tv zombie, i read quite often, i just don't allow myself to watch these half-assed shows, for some reason i feel embarrassed for em', odd it is.
