was your drug offense before or after 18? was it thrown out for a plea? (like take a drug class and we drop the charge)

since this looks like your first offense (assuming) and your assualt charge isn't of the most extreme you're most likely gonna get off with some court fees, probation (thats kinda pushing it since its a first offense though...) you'll have community service and probably have to take some sort of anger management or a program of the sorts.

just chill...your first court date is gonna most likely be an arraignment date which is where you give your plea ect then you will have another date after that unless they try to pitch you a plea bargain. It'll work itself out because no matter what you have chance to have a lawyer whether you pay for him or get appointed one.

IMO, it was one of the most ultimate acts of betrayal i've ever experienced.

Sure, if you've been with the girl 2 or 3 months and she cheats it's not that big of a deal, just leave the whore. 1) we were together for like 3 1/2 years. this wasn't some one month shitty relationship.

A) she TECHNICALLY didn't cheat on me because we weren't "together" at the time. apparently having sex all the time and driving an hour each way to see each other every weekend, still saying i love you, and doing normal couple things doesn't count as together.

B) i had sex with her the weekend before and the weekend after she fucked him.

C) sex was a big deal to us. we were each other's first time and i don't know. it was special to us.

7) all of my friends knew and didn't tell me for 6 fucking months which just added to the humiliation.

Q) this was a dude i used to call my friend.

so when i finally saw him i did what i planned on doing. laying him out and not even getting scratched. the motherfucker got what was coming to him and any punishment would be well worth what i did. i have gained so much closure because of this incident - and learned a lot too.
