(the gig on the 29th needs to be within a reasonable amount of distance to London Stansted Airport as Wasteform will be flying out from there on the Wednesday)

We definately need a £350+food+drink fee guarantee for all 3 touring bands to cover the vehicle hire, travel expenses, bands fees etc & then places to sleep for 15 people if at all possible???

£350 = 50 people paying £7 on the doors London should pull more than that anyway so incorporating a venue hire fee on top will bump up the amount of people needed to break even but we are trying for flyers in major UK Xtreem Metal Magazines & Xtreem Metal Record Labels & Distros mail outs as soon as we have all dates sorted, aswell as a relentless online campaign & of course the local promoters efforts should make it a decent enough turn out to cover the fees needed.

Crepitation will be providing backline - double kick drumkit, 1 guitar cab+head, 1 bass cab+head for the 3 touring bands only the support bands will need to bring own guitar+bass heads & drum breakables eg. cymbals, pedals, snare etc.

If you yourself cant help then please repost this bulletin because we absolutely need a 3rd UK date for this mini tour to happen or else it isnt financially viable which means the other dates wont happen either!

I'm definitely gonna try to make it down there; haven't been over to the Peel in effing ages! Played there a few times in my youth... and the girls next door are pretty rank, hehe. I remember having a few pints watching this one bird strut her stuff, then she gave away the stage to...her fucking MUM!!! Man, grey pubes and all!

There's been a huge discussion about this. Basically they had to cancel the first date of the tour (London) and there's been a lot of controversy about London trying to take Manchester's date from them. Personally I'm gonna go see Devo wherever they play.

I don't actually know the full story... Maybe Jon or Tom know what happened. All I've heard was that it wasn't possible for everyone to tour for that long so they either had to cancel the first or last date, and they cancelled the first. Possibly something to do with work, I don't know.

Necro Ritual are fucking good and I'm not just saying that because one of my band's guitarists plays for them, because I have exactly the same opinion on them now as I did before he joined.
People need to actually fucking listen to what they're doing now instead of jumping on the band-wagon of slagging them off which is way out-dated. Did it ever occur to you that the promoter is putting them on these gigs because they're doing some really innovative stuff with their music and put on an amazing live show? Also they've worked really hard to be in the position they've found themselves in.
I like Goat Molestor too but you can't expect them to get put on these awesome gigs without even trying... I mean they never play more than once a year here, so why do they deserve stuff to be handed to them?

Just out of interest when was the last time you heard Necro? If you haven't heard them recently you may be pleasantly surprised.

Last one I heard was their "album" - the one when their drummer's feet are all over the place. It's just not really the black metal I like, I'm more into Blasphemy, Revenge, Beherit, M8l8th type stuff, or the really depressive bands like Silencer and Shining.

Right you cunts, here's the deal with Rotten Vomit. I wrote pretty much 50% of issue one and now it's all out of date because it's taken so long. There's reviews of albums that came out a year ago in it!! I finally got a proof copy from Ben a couple of months ago, and I haven't heard from him since (well, to do with RV anyway!). I'm well up for getting a new fanzine out there, and I know I've got the know-how and writing chops to do it, so it is frustrating, but it isn't my baby and there's not much I can do about it. So much has been happening with DOP, and I've just started writing a book about metal, so RV has not been a priority lately. I'll speak to Ben soon and see what's happening. If RV doesn't see the light of day I may well start a fanzine of my own. Watch this space...

Some News from the Abysmal Torment camp:

Abysmal Torment are set to enter SpineSplitter Studios this September to record their newly titled upcoming album, "OMNICIDE". We are really excited to get into the studio and record this record.
"OMNICIDE" is set for release in early 2008. We're currently smoothing out some finishing touches but we are extremely proud of what we have written. Hope you will all be digging this new material!!!

Abysmal Torment will be touring Europe this OCT/NOV. Some dates have already been confirmed, others will be announced shortly. For those interested:

It was 3/4 of a big gig for me, I saw Mutant, Thus Defiled + Onslaught, but left before Destruction came on. Even though I left so early, still didn't get home til 1.30a.m. I'm going to see Destruction next Saturday at the Underworld anyway, not seen them now since they supported Celtic Frost in 1989.
