Hello - I'm not sure why we are not receiving your emails. As for your order, at the time you placed this order, the Abysmal Torment shirts were available for "pre-order" and would be shipping out on or before June 6th. This was all specified with this item on our web site. It also stated that all other items (in your case the Emeth shirts) would be shipped out right away. The Abysmal Torment shirts came in a few days ago and all "pre-orders" were shipped out. So you should be receiving the Abysmal Torment shirt in probably a week or so. Thanks for your order!

You sure the post office just hasn't sent it yet? Post Offices aren't perfect.

I'm leaning more in that direction. I'm sure it is just one of those rare delays from the postal service that can happen from time to time with international orders. Usually orders shipped to Europe reach customers in 7 - 10 days. But on rare occasion they can take longer. But it appears that Malignancy wants us to do something about this regardless of whether the delay is from the post office or not. The only options are tell this person to wait longer (which people instictively don't like to hear), or just send out another shirt. There is surely nothing we can do to make the postal service deliver it faster. If they end up getting two shirts in the end, then so be it I guess. We want to make customers happy, and so far this customer doesn't seem to be happy with the time it's taking for the postal services to deliver this package. Sending out a second shirt will not make them actually get this shirt any faster either, but at least it looks like we're trying to do whatever we can on our end.

Man Scott you're such a cool dude. Good thing you care about the customers and not like some other dudes ( like disgorge. I've read a lot of shit about them ripping off their own customers). That's why I order stuff from you

I've waited 3 months before, all because of the post office, and that was sent From Canada TO Canada.

The key thing here is to have patience. I buy from a lot of overseas distros and I know it's gonna be a while. But the wait is always worth it!
