After seeing them live Ive been hooked on them like crazy. they are now one of my favorite bands. I learned dust and guilt and its fun as fuck to play. they have some awesome song writing. and after reading the lyrics to the song "the sadistic motives behind bereavement letters" I relize they succeed in every aspect as a band hahaha

Yes, they surely are one of my top favorites. I saw something on a message board I thought was funny:

"Hell, Arsis play Swedish metal better then the Swede's do!"

Hell yes \m/ These guys know what's up wiht sriting great music. They really do have it all.

Same here man. I had always heard about them but just never took the initiative to give them a listen. The term "melodic death metal" really turned me off because that phrase is used to describe so many mediocre cookie-cutter bands out there but Arsis really does the phrase justice.
