DEVOURMENT - Signs contract with Brutal Bands

The most torturous band to ever come out of Texas joins forces with Brutal Bands with a two album contract! We are extremely excited to welcome them into our family of sickness. We know that the addition of Devourment to our already stellar roster will bring Brutal Bands to a new heightened level in 2006. And from talking to Mike Majewski (vocals), everyone in the band seems to be very excited about this deal as well. More news will be announced shortly regarding their upcoming release due out later this year, along with new merch, and of course some Devourment package deals!

Gonna be a sweet re-release of this album. The Artwork looks a bit better, and the recording sounds huge. Can't wait to get my greedy paws on this one.

The Butcher the Weak Picture Disc LP from Emetic Records looks awesome, I just got it yesterday.

The official release of "Butcher The Weak" is complete and ready for manufacturing over the next few weeks.

This will be a Digipack release, along with an 8 page booklet, enhanced cover art and layout, and a cool all black molded poly carbonate CD. This official version will be a completely new recording/mix/mastering from the initial self-released version. It will sound amazing in comparison, and the packaging of this release will also look amazing.

There will also be three different shirt designs in five different sizes, posters, and stickers - of course the most killer Devourment package deals ever! This will be a must have release.

We will start accepting pre-orders within the next week or so. The official release date is set for August 30th. But pre-orders will ship out one month early!!!

Have you heard samples from their upcoming release - "Butcher The Weak" yet? The production on this will the best they've ever produced. We've received nothing but positive comments from fans so far.
