Just an FYI/update thing: This Saturday will mark the start of another round of marathon practice sessions in preparation for the first Atheist show coming up in England. Of course, this means like 4 trips to the airport.....poor me.....maybe I should open up a limo/taxi service....I live 45 miles from the airport and 33 miles from our rehearsal studio.....for 4 days all I'll be doing is driving and playing drums.
We'll be practicing on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The songs we'll be playing in order (though not our actual set-list order):
On They Slay
Unholy War
Piece of Time
Unquestionable Presence
Retribution
Mother Man
An Incarnation's Dream
And the Psychic Saw
I Deny
Mineral
Air
Fire
Tony and I will hopefully construct a bass/drum solo type thingy as well.
We'll also get together a few more times before the first show in England.....we may try to do a "secret" show here in Atlanta just as a warm-up/preparation for the Euro shows....IF time and circumstance allow that is.
I'm sure my bandmates will be adding their thoughts here as well.... of course all they do is either sing or play guitar..... I'm the only one doing any actual physical work!! ;)

Well, I figured that since we publically discussed our set prior to and after our last practice...there was no mystery..... Sorry... I guess I just got a little carried away.

So is there any kind of specific date set up for the (possible) Atlanta, GA warm-up show or are the band’s plans still too tentative at this point?

Fabulous idea! In fact, we can start the show with a beautiful rendering of "I'm a little teapot" from Disney and show the footage.... THEN launch into the first song.

That really wouldnt bother me seriously but I really think that should not be done at Bloodstock. The English could take offence at mocking their Tea. We could also have that comercial "we wear short shorts" for Flynn and maybe even "hungry hungry hippo" oh and maybe the trailer for Broke Back Mountain for Richard head. Oh, cant forget a Polident Commercial for Kelly.
