Brutal Bands and Extreme Underground actually both operate under the Brutal Bands label. Think of Extreme Underground as a it's own department within the company. And there are certain criteria and budget assigned to that department. A lot more money is invested in a Brutal Bands release than in an Extreme Underground release. Bands are actually signed to Brutal Bands, whereas Extreme Underground just puts out releases. The bands themselves are not signed to Extreme Underground, its only their release thats an Extreme Underground release. Brutal Bands is considered the premier side of this label as it offers more to the bands. Why this division? Because we can only pump out so many Brutal Bands releases a year based on what we do for the BB bands. So Extreme Underground was created to allow additional releases from other bands without the commitments that come with a BB deal. Anyways, I hope that explains things a little.

By the way, we'll be announcing our next Extreme Underground release in a couple days.

Well, I liked the Necrotorture release a lot on this sublabel.

Too bad the guy is extremely slow in answering interviews in support of his "Blood Feast" EP. I'm still hoping I'll get it, but it's "in progress" for over 3 months now, hehe.

So, a couple of more weeks passed, still no word from this guy and his interview.

Then again, it's his band, not mine. If promotion isn't that important to him... I don't see why I should bother anymore then.
