WHAT IS IN YOUR CD PLAYER RIGHT NOW?!?

OK, Adrift friends, fans, and stoppers-by: What are you listening to right now? What is in your CD player? Come on, fess up! Metal? Rock? Pop? Yanni (...ewwwwww)?

For me, right now, several things are in the changer:

Porcupine Tree - In Absentia
Unloco - becoming i
Capharnaum - Fractured
Machine Head - Burn My Eyes

Except for the PT, Unloco and Capharnaum, I have a kinda old-school DM thing going on.

Hello Kevin, in your playlist, you are talking about Solstice 's first record, i thought that was the one and only record they made.
Capharnaum sounds killer but i can't find the album in my country (France).
What you do with your band is really good too, can't wait to hear a full album.

That's one hell of a lot of different shit, dude. It's too bad that there aren't any good recordings of Dead on any of the Mayhem albums. He did have a cool voice. The only album I'll listen to occasionally with Dead is Live in Leipzig. The bootlegs sound like absolute shit.

In all seriousness, my last post on this thread was a joke. Unfortunately I don't have a multidisc changer in my truck like the rest of you, so I've been listening to SCARS, you know SOIL. Now I know that probably isnt any better than what I posted before, but I don't really give a s@#$. I listen to what I like and I really don't care if its not metal enough for someone else. You dig????

hey I actually like boys to men. 2nd album is sick with harmonies that we could never pull off. Well except for the boys and girls in Adrift. You guys are sick with the harmonies. Keep it up. Harmonies are way brutal. Don't knock'm b2M. those boys got pipes. Might actually learn something from'em..

Tony Teegarden

Just so I'm clear. Ricky martin is NOT my cup of tea and yes he is a pole smoker in my opinion. Not the best way to use ::pipes::

Crispy, if you look back a couple of posts, you'll see that MarQ said that his post was a joke. Read a full thread before going off, and you SHOULD have been able to realize, even without me telling you, that he was kidding.

I REALLY don't want to see this go on any further, or I will delete and consider banning certain posts.

Greetings ! These are the few I've had on fairly permanant rotation the past 2 months or so...with the exception of some Morbid, Cannibal and Slayer tossed into the mix, of course.

Drown Mary - Detatched
Bury me Deep - ( unfinished demo )
Obituary - World Demise

I'm going to see Soulfly in Seattle on Aug. 5th, so I'll probally be slapping some of that in too pretty soon.

Holy Shit, Batman, I did not know anyone else knew about the Secret Chiefs 3 but me (...Fire....FIRE....fire...)! I actually have one of their records, can't recall which one, but it's some of the funniest shit I've ever heard.

They are avant garde and performance art to redefine both of those overworked sub-genres.
