So I know I was gonna get one a while back, but I never did. Partially because I never drew it out, partially because I think tattoos are retarded.

I just have NEVER understood the idea of, at an age where you make the worst judgements in your life, putting something completely permanent on your body. Something that will, in only a few years, look like complete shit unless you get it redone, and then, with aging, will still look like shit. ESPECIALLY if you get like, barbed wire, or a tribal, or a fucking tramp stamp (if you're a chick).

Being a senior now, about 75% of the girls in my class have the god damned tramp stamp, and I"m jsut like.. WHY!? the girls that don't are always like "no but i will soon!" as if they need to add that last part in as a desperate last attempt to fit in or something.


Tattoos were/are the worst trend ever.

tattoos are choice if you get them done right and have meaning behind them. faggot ass sticker collections like the emo kids get are gay, you need to concentrate them into one area to make them look good. whoever said sleeves are stupid has just seen them done with bad ideas, or bad work on them. when done correctly they look bad ass.

peircings are also choice if you do it because you want one, not because you should have one.

i have to admit i want one of those 12 year tattoos (ink's not as deep or something; i know somebody who has one) above my bum crack, I want a pair of ladies eyes with eye brows. I had it done in henna in October and really liked it, so might get it done when i turn 18.

I think if tattoos have meaning then they can be cool. For instance, when I get tattoos, I KNOW 100% that I will NEVER regret what I get. I don't want anything huge.. I just want one on each calf, a half sleeve on my right arm, MAYBE a half sleeve on my left arm, and something small on my back and chest.. but like I said, I'm not going crazy..
