Good thoughts on here dudes. I would NOT have minded Dangerous Dan joining Cryptopsy. Keen to hear the new Martyr.
On the subject of skilled DM with great guitars, I found the debut "The Key" by Nocturnus going for dirt cheap in a bargain bin and snapped it up!! :hbang32en That's all I've been listening to; haven't had the chance to do so in ages, as one buddy has his copy on vinyl, and I don't have an LP player. Great stuff, and the keyboardist gets genuinely involved as opposed to being window dressing. Apart from the woeful decision by the members to sport mullets (Jesus guys, this was DM in '90!), it's all good.
Can any of you experts tell me if any modern DM bands have done Nocturnus covers?
