100% real cheese?

Why on cheese products, or thing with cheese in them, is there always something that says "100% real cheese"

There is no "100% real milk" on my gallon of milk


I just don't understand.

i think some cheese's have like preservatives, or are processed. like american cheese. it doesn't say 100% real cheese. because its fake and processed.
