The old Cryptopsy forums were so active last summer...and now it's pretty dead. Seems awfully quiet lately...the band and the forums.

Well, I guess board activity goes in cycles. The old board was active primarily 'cos Cryptopsy had the new album on the way. Then it came out, people rap about what they think of it and the subsequent shows... and then it goes quiet.

I think Cryptopsy fans are way smarter than say, most B'mouthers and you don't want to litter a board with "So and so sucks" or whatever. Once one of the many DM releases for this year comes out (and we actually get hold of it), I'm sure we'll leap into dissecting it.

I'm busy at work, but there are two DM bands on my mind which I wanna chat about as soon as info comes out:

DEATHBREATH (Nicke Andersson and Jorgen Sandstrom's old school DM project)

COVENANCE (DM band featuring ex-members of Dying Fetus, Misery Index and ex-Cryptopsy vocalist, Martin Lacroix)

Not only that, we had Jake the soundguy giving us all the news, recording updates and personal dirt he could get his hands on.....

Yeah, Jake's been MIA for a good while.

The old ones were much better.

It would be cool if I knew what the band was up to now...other than a few shows...
