What song would ya'll what tab for?

I have all the songs from "Dissecting..." tabbed in Word docs. It's not the most professionally done tab, but with the songs on CD to listen to, and a little common sense, one should have no problems understanding the tab.

I also have every song from "Anatomize" done up in Powertab, but I'm not giving any of these up until after the CD is out later this summer... ...sorry, hehehe...

how about 1 song from "Anatomize" like "Harvest" or "Depravity" (if they will be on the CD, whichever one has that harmonic break part then the music kicks in again, fuckin fun!!!!)

as for "Dissecting The Angels", I say just post whatever you have, if it's messy I'm someone from ROG with clean it up and put it into powertab with your permission of course. Personally I really like track #2 from "Dissecting The Angels" a lot. I dunno, have to listen to that CD again, the sound of the drum machine really turns me off but after seeing you guys on the Brutal Domination DVD I have no doubt you can pull those songs off live.

Hey Chaapy, like I said I'm not going to post any Powertabs from our upcoming release "Anatomize" until after the CD is out later this summer - sorry!!!

And yes, we've played lots of shows and are able to pull off these songs in live situations. Actually our newer material on "Anatomize" will be much faster and more intense and difficult to play than the stuff that's on "Dissecting...".

Yeah Harvest and Depravity will be on the upcoming full length. Yes, all Incinerate songs are tuned to D standard. As for the tempo in the song Dissecting The Angels, I'm sorry but I do not know anymore off the top of my head. I'm going to guess and say around the low 200's probably, and I also know that there is a part in the song that's done twice (verses in the song I suppose) that I'm doing vocals over where the tempo drops down to somewhere around 180 or possibly as low as 160. I'd say the easiest way would be to program the song in Powertab and then play the song on CD along with playing in Powertab until the two like they are matched up. One pointer I can give is that the tempos are definitely an even number in a multiple of 5 such as 220 or 205 or 165 or 225... ...you get the idea I'm sure. Good luck...

And yeah, I have tabs for all the "Dissecting..." songs - which one of those three you mentioned would you like to check out. I'll post one more if you'd like...

You know what, for some reason I can't find the tab for this song. I have all the rest off Dissecting The Angels, but I can't seem to find this one. It doesn't make any sense as I kept them all in the same place, yet this one is missing. So in my spare time, I'll have tab this one out again as I know eventually we'll find a new bassist who's going to need to learn this anyways as this song is still part of our setlist for shows. And when I do tab it out, it will be in powertab. I don't do text tabs any more, hehe.

As for bass tab, there is no tab written out specifically for the bass. But for the most part our old bassist Mike pretty much followed the guitars on most parts. There were only a handful of slower sections throughout the entire CD where he played something else as his style of playing/writing didn't allow for playing different stuff on the faster sections.

Yeah, I've pretty much given up on looking for a bass player for a while. I'm spending most of my time working toward getting out next CD out. There isn't any talent in our area at all, and of the few bassists that have the potential in our area, they'd rather just hang out in local garage bands than be in what I call an "active band" that's actually doing things that real bands do, you know, put out CDs (versus nothing but basement demos), have world wide distribtution, play national shows and tour. These sorts of things don't seem to interest musicians around our area I guess. And of the people that are interested outside of our area, they are never able to relocate.

Yeah, I've been doing all our tabs in powertab lately. I've never checked out guitarpro, but perhaps I should.
