Tchort, you must tell us in MUCH more detail what you are doing with this project...do you just have a few ideas or do you have a little bit of actual music written or what? If you have any music written for it, what does it sound like?

The website news doesn't tell me very much about it, only that there MIGHT be one...are you pretty sure you want to do this or have you already thrown out the idea?

I must know more about this...

Hi Eon

LOD DOD took me something like 2 years to finish (due to several reasons, like we only rehearsed once every month, i didnt have a band, it was just the drummer and me, etc), and i expect these two new parts to take a while to complete as well. Especially, if they are going to be an hour each, and although they probably wont sound the same, i will do my best to keep the standard of the music up there with part I.

The thing that got me going, was that i got a vision on the arrangements and how to link the albums together. Thats something for me, that has to come naturally, or else it will be stereo type arrangement, when pushed forward.

I have written some music already, maybe some 10 minutes, but i have the ideas for much more. My idea, in all of this, was to record both next parts at the same time, and release them, including LOD DOD part I (we have a amazing live recording of us performing the whole album, the first time it was ever played live, and thats a recording i wish to use and maybe add up the pre production demo, so that people can hear how the basic ideas were before they were completed for the album), and released every half year or something.

Then its the wish of the whole band, to create a massive production and perform all three album live on stages around the world. 3 hours of music... Its something that we really want to do, and when the albums are out, eventually... it will be up to you guys, if you want us to realize this project....

Would you want us to?

Of course we would...what kind of question is that?!?

But yeah...that sounds like a good idea. Just don't burn yourselves out in the process.

What exactly was this vision you had? I personally can't imagine a way to put something after LODDOD I because it ended so completely...it didnt seem like it left it open to another one. But I'm definitely open to possibilities.

Yeah, I mean geez Tchort, you've got more US fans than anyone! Hell, you guys can stay at my house if you wanted to come to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Chicago, Illinois. I'll make you guys breakfast and everything. All for free. C'mon! That's two shows right there!

But seriously...how would you go about getting shows in America? If it's a matter of having venues not invite you, hell I'll talk to them and get them to invite you!

There's no excuse for not having an American tour sometime...

Yes, yes, yes, yes!!!
I'm desperately looking forward LoD,DoD 2,3 and the 3 hours long concert. I heard your performance on Wave Gothic Treffen 2004 in Leipzig and you were excellent. The part of LoD,DoD you played was fantastic (although without strings, choirs etc.) and now if I imagine 3 hours of such music...
My dreams are slowly coming true.
Thank you Green Carnation.
Alexandr

Seeing as you guys are practically our neighbours, a tour in Scandinavia (no, that 's not just Sweden, Norway and Denmark :p) would be nice.
