i just finished tracking the drums on wednesday - they came out awesome. 5 of the 9 songs i recorded in the first take, and i think these tunes will rule. jim is heading down to atlanta in a couple weeks to start recording the rest. since we have the tour coming up he may not finish everything, but a good chunk of it will at least be finished within the next few weeks.

the record will be finished up this summer, probably in july. we're gonna spend more time mixing this than we have ever spent mixing on a record, and it will be worth the wait i promise - around the same time we'll have a sample and the artwork/tracklisting posted as well.

yeah man, life is crazy right now haha. but that's good i guess, better to be busy than have nothing to do. the tour starts on april 28. still waiting to hear about that backstreet billiards gig - if it happens (which i'm pretty sure it will) it'll be all ages. as soon as i hear a confirmation we'll get the info up on the websites
