Last time they said we were infringing on someone's copyright and they just had to stop us. Funny thing is that we had secured rights from the artists to use everything on our page (the artwork being the only material not created by us) so ours was probably more legit than most on that site.

We actually never had any artwork on our page, not even in the photo section. I really can't think of anything that violates copyright infringement. The music is ours, the name...well, it's shared by about fifty zillion other bands that are not death metal, a skateboard company and an automobile. So, everyone should sue everyone. Yea!!! What a bunch of fags.

I would directly email element clothing through myspace. The person who runs their myspace is probably the one who deleted it if it was from them. You should confront them.
