In my experiences, I play like shit when I'm baked. I've been clean for eleven months as of yesterday though. That's a long ass time too. I played really sloppy though when I was stoned.

Haha!!! Pussies!!!!(JK!!!:)) We smoke when we can and it doesn't really affect our playing..... much. I do find that if I am sober, my chops are definitely up to par, but I thrash around so stoned or not, I play the same...... fuck, man. I gte baked in the morning and use power tools when I'm at home working.... I think that weed highs get you more zoned in on whatever you're doing: whether it's sitting around in front of the tube, playing your ax, video games, and construction. It is a focal tool for myself and I like doing everything I intentionally do in life..... Especially on WEED!!!!

When I'm just practicing scales and shit and technique, I like to be stoned because I can focus in hardcore on that shit, but when it comes to writing/band practice, it's a big no.

smoking the green is great fun but has it's pros and cons when it comes to playing death metal. smoking weed opens up and uses a different part of your brain so sometimes you can think up and play something you wouldnt normally play when your straight. but then again you could play shithouse and loose concentration of what you just created. i think you should smoke weed after the show, not b4 but if it actually makes you play better than bong on.
