before I fucked up my knee the most recent time it was


Monday: Heavy Day

Cardio: about a mile
then Bench, Incline Bench, Flies, Upright Row, Shrugs, Close Grip Bench


Tuesday: Light Day

Cardio: about a mile
Squat, Dead Lift, Leg extensions, calf raises, standing row, seated row, one arm row, lat pull down, curls


Wed: light day - everything same as monday, just lighter weights


Thur: heavy day - everything same as tues, but heavier


friday:
Cardio: about a mile
Abs (around 1000 crunches or so)
play volleyball with some peopel for about an hour.
