Enthroned's next album

Sorry to bother you Nornagest but I was wondering whats going on with your next album. My computer sucks and I can't look on your website for details. I just wanted to know the release date.

Release date has been pushed a little bit I think. Recording is still going on!

How does it compare to the other albums?

More back to the old days ("Prophecies", "Towards Skullthrone") or the newer stuff?

Just wondering, since I kinda lost track of Enthroned after "The Apocalypse Manifesto"

well, the new album is already recorded and we are waiting the artwork to be finnished!!
the new opus is named "XES Haereticum" and of what I heard from ANY persons who had an ear to it, it's our best album!
The production is very different yet more brutal !

I bet it will be fuckin awesome Nornagest. I have only two other albums of yours. Towards the Skullthrone of Satan and your last album Carnage in Worlds Beyond. I loved the thrashy riffs on that album. Keep up the good work.

Nornagest, can't wait to buy the new one. Sure that it will be killer, and devastating!!!!. I like a lot "Carnage..." and "Towards the...", and hope that you'll play some new songs during your next South American Tour.

I'm very anxious... South America is waiting for ENTHRONED... Marduk played here last october and it was HELL (800 wild ragers can't forget that hellish massacre)... We have a loyal black metal audience down here. Also in Brazil are legions of blasphemous fans.

" XES Haereticum" has been posponed 'till October for it's release date!
We took our time and we worked with the artist on the general artwork and lay out of the album.
Enthroned choosed to move into another direction concerning our artworks which doesn't mean that we have changed our mentality, image or whatsoever.
The artwork fits "XES Haereticum" pretty well a more agressive, chaotic and blasphemic side of Enthroned is yet to be revealed!!
