You need to buy a drum Module (Machine) You can get them on ebay for a couple hundred. The Alesis DM5 is super-popular with Tech/death bands.
The triggers themselves are a personal-taste thing- I used Axis Ekits because I was told they were the best, but I'm switching to something else because I've had NOTHING but problems with them. If you actually get a module, feel free to PM me and I'll help with the settings if I can.
