Hey man, currently I'm using an Ernie Ball Steve Lukather model through a Soldano Hot Rod 50. I've also got a Traynor Custom 80 that I'm A/B-ing with the Soldano as a clean amp with an added Mesa Boogie V-Twin. I've also got a Gibson ES 335, and Ibanez ES copy and an old custom Japanese guitar with EMG 81s in it. I think thats it...

On the demo I used my Jackson DK-3 through a mesa/boogie dual rectifier. Drew used a Gibson SG through some homemade violin amp with a Boss Heavy Metal and Overdrive pedal at the same time.

I now use an american made Jackson DK-1 with a Seymour Duncan JB pickup in the bridge and a Seymour Duncan '59 pickup in the neck. Drew uses an Ibanez '84 Destroyer through a triple rectifier. We also have been experimenting with octave pedals.

I that about sums it up.

It sounds like on some of your songs that the guitar tone is that of an amp where the tubes are blown out; is that the amp or is it because of the octave pedals you mentioned?

You're probably hearing this old violin amp head that Drew used with a distortion and a overdrive pedal. We have yet to incorporate the octave pedals into our songs, it's simply something we've toyed around with.

I've been in Europe for a month and had extremely limited internet time, thus the late response. Sorry dude.
