Demilich is exceptional with their music and lyrics. something truly unique. You would think that they would have brought about a revolution but they are such a deconstructionist band that no imitators could breathe life from Demilich's music. For this reason there will never be anything like Demilich in the future. The impact of their music cannot be felt on the scene becuase they are a singular form that reduces all possibility of imitation. They are like a DNA cell.
