Kelly has just confirmed that his flight is booked and he will be flying out to Atlanta to start the first Atheist rehearsals in 13 years on March 6th. As well as jamming out the Atheist back catalog, he will be blogging and filming everything, expect to see some clips on the official website site!

DUDE! Tony Choy is in TOP FORM!!! Hes not fat at all! Actually it looks like he's been excercising a lot, he's really in great shape. Great musician, very professional!
Just wait till you hear him now..... Mr Choy is better than ever!!!!!

Can't wait to see what kelly posts about the rehearsals.
I was lucky enough to catch a little bit of the practice sessions. WOW!!!

I didn't say fat, I just said round... I used to be skinny as fuck too when I was young, ate anything and didn't exercise at all, until I was 30 I never started actually gaining weight again (I'm still skinny but the beer seems to migrate to my gut...)

Wait till you hit 40, mate. :)
I used to be 6 foot 4 and 12 stone. Now I'm still 6 foot 4 but I just hit 15 stone. And that's with going to the gym regularly. :)

I used to exercise more and eat less... I think that was the key... I honestly have no idea what I weigh in Stones... I doubt I'm over 70kilos or 160lbs but anyways, Tony looks healthy... does that sound better?

From what I hear, if your like most people in another 10 or 15 years you will be 5' 3"

We had a great time....it was fun. I'm sure Kelly will be posting something more in-depth, but the rehearsals went well... It was great to get back together again... it felt like it was just yesterday that we played together......we worked on several songs and have several more to work on to complete our set list for the upcoming shows. Some of the songs we were playing are On They Slay, Unholy War, Mother Man, Unquestionable Presence, and Retribution... We'll be rehearsing on a regular basis up until showtime and working in the rest of the set list.

Hey Steve, did you catch this from Whocares?

On that note Steve looks the same, but without hair as well (rather normal of a drummer, they realize they sweat way too much behind the kit, and shave it to feel 100% better...)

hehe

I'm a hairy bastard... but then again, I don't play drums...

I could have been wrong, but it's a good excuse lol...

Yeah, saw that.... I cut all my long hair off in 1992.... just like Tony did... I've kept it shaved off ever since... it IS much cooler than having hair down to my waist....Tony looks bigger because he's been working out... he lifts weights, eats right and such... he's quite lean...just more muscular than the past..he's captain buff When we were all playing as a band, he was just skinny....now he's the Schwartzenegger of music.... and you're right...drummers are the only ones doing any real work that's why we stay thin.. ;-)

Just for the record I was being sarcastic when I said I wasn't sure what was different...
