where to by berzerker dvd u.s. release

ok, im wondering if any of you know where online I can buy the U.S. Version of the berzerker dvd and be able to use PayPal as a form as payment? fuckin earache only lets you pay with a credit card...im 17!!! i dont own one! and also I went to all my local music shops and everything to reserver one a while ago when we first heard about it and every store didnt even have the DVD on file....please help. thanks
