This is awesome. A bunch of 40 year olds who claim to be ‘punk rock’ were caught freaking out on stage at the famous Iheartradio Music Festival. Green Day were given the ’1 minute left’ sign, prompting frontman Billie Joe Armstrong to go on an expletive laden rant. This is after, the apparently, cut their set in half to accommodate Usher. Billie Joe Armstrong and bassist Mike Dirnt left, but not before smashing their guitars and giving everyone the finger.

“Let me tell you something, I’ve been around since 19-fucking-88. And you’re gonna give me one fucking minute? You’ve gotta be fucking kidding me! You?re fucking kidding me. What the fuck! I’m not fucking Justin Bieber, you motherfuckers. “
The best part of it all is, Billie Joe Armstrong checked into rehab for “substance abuse”. PR saving face? Free promotion though for ¡Uno!. Check out some Green Day 2012/2013 tour dates, and hope you get a show where they do what they just did.
