SupreMa Music Video for “Nightmare”

Brazilian metal band SupreMa, after reveling in success on Brazilian TV, has released their official music video for “Nightmare” online. Says guitarist and songwriter Douglas Jen.

“René Magritte is a genius! Every work you can travel inside of obscure and distant seas, and It’s very interesting how every people travel in a totaly opposite direction by his work, it’s really amazing! The “Traumatic Scenes” album brings a lot of traces and surrealistic symbols, and the lyrics has metaphors and can be understood by several forms by every listener. The idea of reproduce some Magritte arts comes to meet to “Nightmare” lyric. When you dream, usually appears impossible situations, strange places, nonexistent creatures, and when you travel inside the Magritte works, is where you will really feel … inside of a dream or nightmare. The best moment of this video, happens when the actress inside her nightmare could see her pictures inside the cage, as if she was trapped inside of ‘The Therapist’ work “
