Republican VP nominee Paul Ryan has previouslyc called out Rage Against the Machine as his favorite band. That has really ruffled the feathers of uber-liberal Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello. He went bonkers in an opinion article on Rolling Stone, even going as far as to say Paul Ryan is “the embodiment of the machine our music rages against.”

Ryan claims that he likes Rage‘s sound, but not the lyrics. Well, I don’t care for Paul Ryan’s sound or his lyrics. He can like whatever bands he wants, but his guiding vision of shifting revenue more radically to the one percent is antithetical to the message of Rage.
I wonder what Ryan’s favorite Rage song is? Is it the one where we condemn the genocide of Native Americans? The one lambasting American imperialism? Our cover of “F*ck the Police”? Or is it the one where we call on the people to seize the means of production? So many excellent choices to jam out to at Young Republican meetings!

Tom morello has a net worth of $60 million! Looks like he is a member of the 1% he claims to “rage” against. What a douche. But typical liberal hypocrisy will win out and he will look like a champion of justice. Rage on tom.
Douche??? He may be part of the 1% but the part that makes Morello a liberal is that he cares about humanity and mankind and uses his persona to help those less fortunate. The “Douche” would be anyone who stands up for Ryan or Mittens since all they stand for is the 1% that screws over the 99%. The hypocrite and douche would be Ryan.
