King Diamond, who underwent major heart surgery in 2010, joined Mercyful Fate members Hank Shermann, Timi Hansen and Michael Denner and Metallica on stage in San Francisco at the long 30th Anniversary celebration to perform the legendary Mercyful Fate song “Satan’s Fall” and a medley.
