Last week, Corey Taylor made news for dissing Rick Rubin, an acclaimed producer he labeled “overrated” and “overpaid.” It turns out the Slipknot frontman has a bone to pick with Scott Weiland, too.

During a performance Monday night (Nov. 28) in Indiana, Taylor blasted the Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver frontman for releasing ‘The Most Wonderful Time of the Year,’ his new album of holiday music.

“More and more people are only interested in money than f—ing doing anything that’s good,” Taylor said, according to Contactmusic.com.

“Does anyone know who Scott Weiland is?” he added. “Do you know that Scott Weiland has a Christmas album now? Oh, it’s bad. It’s bad … There is a video online of him singing, and he’s very serious. Because Christmas is serious. His hair is all slicked back and he’s in his s—ty tuxedo.”

I don’t like Slipknot but LOL @ “More and more people are only interested in money than f—ing doing anything that’s good” Why don’t you think he’s giving the album away as a downloadable charitable xmas gift to all those loyal fans who stuck w/ him…..b/c he’s a greedy asshole (who also has a gay ass clothing line).

“Christmas is serious” -- Maybe to 7th century Christians or the pagans who originally had the December 25th date (that’s right, jesus was not born on dec 25) He acts serious so ppl give him money or he is deluded or both.

Again, I hate Slipknot but I now know I hate Scott Weiland more haha
