Deftones: ‘Covers’ vinyl collection detailed

Deftones have announced that they will release a vinyl collection of cover songs, imaginatively titled “Covers” , in commemoration of Record Store Day on April 16. According to The Pulse Of Radio , the record will be limited to just 5,000 copies and contain Deftones versions of songs from The Cure , The Smiths , Lynyrd Skynyrd and Duran Duran , among others. Most of the songs on the Lp have previously been made available as B-sides and iTunes bonus tracks, but this will be the first time they’ve been compiled together on what is likely to be a collector’s item for Deftones fans.
