Wow, lots of negative comments on here from people who probably have no inside connection to the band or any insight on Mike’s depature outside of what they’ve read in this article. If critiquing AX7′s music and their metal validity is what leaps to mind after reading this article, the issue may not be with the band. But I’m sure the critics here have successful bands and albums of their own and have supported those albums with tours. Tell us about those…

The guy died of a fucking OD… not saving babies from a burning building. Your music is not deep thought provoking, genre defying, mind bending masterpieces… you sound like GNR mixed with some more metal…. it works for you…. but stop talking like your band has changed the world or some shit. In 50 years, you will be lucky if one of your songs makes it on some compilation of “shit played on the radio way back then”.

jesus christ “we dont want it to be about one indivdual” EXCEPT FOR JIMMY. bands get new members all the time. shut the fuck up, stop making this out to be a big deal when it’s something that a LOT of bands have gone through. band members are humans and die. this doesnt mean you have to turn finding a new drummer into a federal fucking case.
