SYSTEM OF A DOWN will be one of the headliners of next year’s edition of the Metaltown festival, set to take place June 17-18, 2011 in Gothenburg, Sweden. Expect more SYSTEM OF A DOWN tour dates this week.

Way more people care about Tool than SOAD and Tool never went on “hiatus”.
System is so wack, EVERYTHING has been lame after their subtitled album. That last double album had some of the dumbest songs ever recorded.
Maynard is just a religion hating whino. Soad rocks and so does Tool but ppl can benefit far greater from the lessons and insight Serj and Daron bring. Soad’s last double album is a masterpiece. Anyone who says otherwise did not read the lyrics nor listen to the two albums in their entirety. If you think those are the “dumbest songs ever recorded” then you are obviously ignorant and don’t know anything about genocide or some of the evil men that have walked this Earth. Most likely you are brainwashed like all the rest of civilization so go DVR your favorite show or something stupid like that.
Who cares? Both Tool and SOAD rule, this doesn’t need to be a portrayal of their flaws, why can’t we all just focus on the good things in life? So what if you don’t like someone’s lyrics and such, just realize that they did something that good that made a lot of people happy, that’s the very same reason I don’t give a bunch of shit to all those rappers that I think suck. My point being, don’t pull all this drama bullshit, it just makes you seem like more of a whiny bitch than those that you make out to be.
Did you forget about toxicity that sold 12 million copies…. I wasnt to crazy about their newer stuff but regardless SOAD is still a good band. im glad they are going to start playing again

Going to a System Of A Down consert is on my bucket list!! I just really love you guys and all the music you make. I even love your solo work! You guys are amazing and I just hope you hear me out and you come to a close location so I can see you guys.
Yea you guys have to come to PA too. You were my favorite band since I was eleven. I’ve only heard the first two of your cd’s but I could listen to them for hours on end. And I don’t miss a drum beat, a guitar stum, nothing. Don’t listen to those lowlifes that come on here just to badmouth you, why would you go to a website of a bad you don’t enjoy listening to and comment it’s a complete waste of time, they don’t know awesome music. Please hear my plea!!
