Dio Cancels European Tour, Legendary Vocalist In Hospital

DIO have cancelled their European tour that was set to start this weekend in Scotland. According to Ronnie James Dio’s wife/manager, Wendy Dio, the legendary vocalist has been hospitalized. No further details have been released.

i’ve been hearing from different sources that he suffered a stroke on sunday and has been in intensive care since…not looking too good for Dio right now
Blindfreek, what sources? Unless you know what you are talking about, (and you don’t!!) shut your mouth. There are many of us worried about him and the only thing we know is what Wendi said: “He is at hospital and the doctors are running some tests”.
Dio keeps his private life always for himself, and we won’t know anything for some time (if ever).
Let’s just pray for his quick recovery to whatever is ailing Ronnie. He is such a legendary vocalist and an asset to the metal community. Long Live Ronnie James Dio
