Mnemic Auctioning Off 5-String Fender Jazz Bass Guitar
We don’t know much about bass guitars, especially when they have more than 4 strings, but Denmark’s MNEMIC is auctioning a 5-string Fender Jazz bass. States the band:
“This bass is an integral part of MNEMIC’s history. It was used in the very first Antfarm Studio with Tue Madsen to record the bass lines for the second MNEMIC demo and our 2003 debut album, Mechanical Spin Phenomena. It’s a great-playing instrument that sounds just awesome and heavy as fuck! Here is the chance to buy the bass that was used by Mikkel Larsen (the band’s first bass player) during the many recording sessions.”
The Fender Jazz Bass has 5 strings and is a 1996 Sunburst model with a Mørch hand-wired pickup system. Starting bid for Europe: 4,500 DKR. Starting bid for the U.S.: $900 USD. To place a big or request more information, write to the following e-mail: skafte1@gmail.com
