Ok now your gonna get me going. I clicked on bc i knew this story was posted awhile ago and i couldnt believe someone would still be talking about it.
let me tell you a funny story. When i was in high school a ton of kids including my little sister bought all the ICP stuff. They were telling me how i dont understand the complex and grand message that ICP were spating out. I told everyone of them the same thing, that they were nothing then marketing whores after kids of that age and that in a few years you would even be listening to that “music”. Funny thing all but a few did exactly what i said they would and the next batch of losers were listening to that garbage. The only thing i will give them credit for is for being great self promoters.

I’ll have you know I am rather grown up. Sure, I’m only 18, almost 19 (in January), but I call it OUR MUSIC because that’s what Violent J calls everything he makes: Music for JUGGALOS. He makes it because we will listen to it. And you know what else? Even if his whole Carnival idea was just a sellout and he didn’t really believe it (which is rather hard to prove, and rather untrue from what I’ve seen so far), someone out there would believe in it. That’s what counts. Jesus wasn’t a Christian. He was a well-studied Jew who understood God’s message like nobody else did. He went around and spread God’s message to everyone he could in a peaceful manner. When the Romans realized that people were following him, they outlawed his teachings and had him crucified. That’s when Christianity was born. Jesus didn’t believe in Christianity, he believed in Judaism. But everyone believed in him and they became Christians. Violent J is a Christian and he believes in God, and he spread the message of the Dark Carnival. If somebody follows his words and considers him- or herself a Juggalo on a religious level, even if J doesn’t believe in it completely himself, then that’s great for that person. If you’re going to argue with me about religion, you picked a great person with whom to argue. I have grown up, and I will continue to call the music of Psychopathic Records OUR MUSIC because it’s music made FOR JUGGALOS, BY JUGGALOS. And to tell you the truth, I do record music. It may not be under Psychopathic’s label, and it may not talk about the same shit, but I do record music. Another flaw in your argument. The website I linked my username to is the one I use for my music promotion on MySpace. Honestly, I have 4 albums of recorded music, all independently recorded BY MY-FUCKING-SELF. And I’m working on a demo which I’m going to send out to record companies and hopefully get signed to a contract. I’m not going to stop believing in a message about morality. I will get older and eventually stop wearing the clothes, stop throwing up WC’s and yelling “whoop whoop!” when I see other Juggalos, but the Hatchet will always be in my heart and always be a part of me. And I’m not talking about 5 or 10 years from now. I’m talking when I’m too God-damned old to fucking do any of that shit. When I’m stuck to a wheelchair and have to rely on my kids and grandchildren to help me just move around. That’s when I will stop. Until then. I’ll keep the Carnival and all of this stuff in my heart, and believe in it. I am not a Christian, but I believe in the positive messages of Violent J and his Dark Carnival, and that’s a concept which people like you will never grasp.
And to correct myself, because I had a flaw in my argument… I’m going to ALWAYS believe in the Carnival, and ALWAYS listen to the music. I’ll have my kids dress me in the fucking shirts when I can’t move. Even when I can’t move and don’t have the breath to call out to other Juggalos, or the strength to throw up a WC, I will STILL believe in the fucking Carnival. And furthermore, I’m going to make sure that I have evidence of it. And when you see it on YouTube or something (if it’s still around in the future), or on TV, or whatever, I’m going to be laughing you on the inside. Your friends may have grown out of it, but I know adults way older than I am who still believe. So suck our fucking dicks.
