Brokencyde Post Video for “40 Oz.” Online!

Crunk metal act BROKENCYDE has released their new video for the track “40 Oz” online. The song appears on BROKENCYDE’s debut album, I’m Not A Fan But The Kids Like It, which hit stores last week through BreakSilence Recordings. Says the band:
“The ’40 Oz’ video was a blast to shoot. We had tons of friends on the set along with some insane break dancers, which made for a great video. The first couple of Warped Tour shows have been crazy and everyone on the tour has been super cool. It’s going to be a great summer and this is just the beginning.”
Albuquerque, NM based BROKENCYDE silenced critics and haters by debuting at #87 on the Billboard Top 200 with their debut album. The album sold 6,293 copies in the first week! Wowza.

ahh i only coment on this band or group as it were….I’ve been coming to this site for years and still, something about this band brings me to the comments page to give my 2 cents and continuing to read the rest of the posts. Sometimes i can’t even forgive myself for it, and yet…this is truly the downfall of heavy metal. How can we let the kids that listen to this horse shit think for one second that this is something metal is about. It’s sick. They make me want to vomit. The more insulting thing is that soon groups like this will be the only ones who make money. When it becomes trendy in metal to not have a fucking lick of musical talent we have truly lost what is at the core of this style of music. It’s about emotion and heart and and a feeling of belonging to something that’s bigger than we are and that thing is metal. None of these guys cares about metal. They don’t have any actual musicians in the group. It makes me want to sear my ears closed. Also coming from someone who actually likes a great deal of hip hop and rap music that is saying something. This band is crap and this is the last time i post about this band…i’ve just had it.
The joke is over, it’s just embarrassing that SMN keeps posting about these jerkoffs.
And once again, SMN News enjoys a couple of free, easy website hits by posting non-metal music and hoping for profanity-laced comments. I don’t think posting stuff about this band was ever meant to be a joke, either… pretty sure there are some people working behind the scenes for this website that cream themselves over this music.
