Dutch Band Cirrha Niva Confirmed for ProgPower Europe 2009

Dutch band CIRRHA NIVA is now confirmed for ProgPower Europe, the band will open the festival on Friday, October 2. CIRRHA NIVA will release a new album in September (For Moments Never Done), where they will introduce their new lead singer Legrand.

Next week, expect the final band to be announced for the 2009 event.
